| Does Copper Guardian need to be sterilised? | No. Research has confirmed that copper is a self-sanitising metal acting on human pathogens in such a way that they cannot survive exposure to copper for any reasonable length of time. |
| If it is self-sterilising, why does it need cleaning? | Copper must be in direct physical contact in order for the copper atoms to interact most effectively with germs. Therefore if the wand is dirty or if there are residues of lotion or creams on it, this will reduce its antimicrobial activity. Between uses, wash in soap and warm water, or wipe the wand with a non-oily tissue or soft cloth. Tarnish will not affect the efficiency of the wand. |

Every missing package will be assigned a unique case number by Australia Post and can take up to 2-4 weeks to locate.
